The facilities are appproximately 80,000 square feet which includes the classrooms, library, two computer labs, two large gymnasiums, 550 seat theatre and cafeteria.

Strong sports programs provide for those students who wish to excel in athletics.

An emphasis on Fine Arts, including Art, Drama, Band, and Music programs enhance the school program.

Computer technology is abundant. Students have access to one of the two computer labs plus a mobile computer cart or through classroom computers.

The school is governed by a Board of Directors, appointed by the GCA Educational Society membership and operates as an alternative public school under Palliser Regional Schools. The school has an affiliation with First Alliance Church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

The school has been consistently recognized by the Fraser Institute as one of the top 4% of elementary schools in the Province of Alberta, having tied for 1st place in February 2005.
